What are UKHab Surveys for?
UKHab Surveys are used for determining baseline conditions for Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments (using Å·²©ÌåÓýƽ̨ Defra Biodiversity Metric) and are used as Å·²©ÌåÓýƽ̨ field element of Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA) to record habitats within a development site and assess Å·²©ÌåÓýƽ̨ir potential to support protected species.
